v curious, addid to (nonexistent) reading list ✔️

😂🤙…..if I ever learn to post a gif look out!

i know of one other person from twitter who also doesnt know how to post gifs on nostr..

dat you? 👀

No use da twotter….

ah ok den nvm 😁

Damus

you can either click here to open your gallery and upload your GIFs on your phone already, or you can upload your existing GIFs to nostr.build and copy-paste the link here when posting 💜

can you not change the keyboard software and choose one that integrates tenor gifs?

you could

i just prefer the clean look and feel of the keyboard i have available

no swiftkey, no recommendations, no auto-correct

good fer privacy also

tbh, i don’t know too much about privacy yet, but i’m glad to hear that 💜

now i understand why damus users barely post gifs here

i neber knew you guys needed to upload it from elsewhere

i have like ~5000 memes approx. on my phone 😅

i hab like 1 kb left on my 128gb phone

oof, lucky

mine’s only 64gb

😳

Amethyst users posting GIFs compared to Damus users

Mmmmm, yes. I think I’ll leave the giffin to the giffers. I like a good gif but can’t be bothered to do my own storage and uploading of my own gifs.

to each their own 💜

Totally, love the gifs though!

maybe have tenor open in browser in the background and search right click copy paste the gif url back to damus? no need to downlaod

Then the link shows up above the gif and looks funky…..I appreciate the effort though 🫂💜

Oh, y’all store gifs you’ve made or have downloaded on your device and then upload them. That makes more sense.

A lot of the times the exact GIF I want to respond with pops to mind, when reading the note. If I have it, I upload it, if I don’t I search for it on Google and find it.

Amethyst users have GIPHY/Tenor support afaik, which works basically similar to emoji search. Dependant on your written keywords you’ll get recommended GIFs.

Makes sense, I’m not that well versed in gifs so words come to

mind faster than a gif and I can’t be bothered to look for them. I appreciate them and have a good laugh though.
