Day 1 of the #liondiet challenge alongside nostr:nprofile1qqsd7kvdnqduhn5mw09epkprymcq7jv3fk3tzjhalp83j7wppjr0sfqpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsqrpwpl , it's also my first day without #coffee so I suspect headaches, bad mood and fatigue the following 3-4 days. I've been off coffee twice in the past, but I always ended up going back because there would be days when I hadn't slept well and needed that extra boost. Well, that little hit would end up with me back at 1-3 cups of coffee a day.

I am not lion diet at the moment but thinking of trying it. I eat about 100g of butter on the side of my fatty meat everyday at the moment. I am wondering how to get that much fat on lion diet. Which cuts to go for? How to preare extra fat or eat it raw or...? maybe you have some tricks?

Hi! You can use tallow for fat or simply go for fatty cuts like rib eye, brisket, t-bone, chuck eye roast, short ribs, flank steak, etc. The fat content in these are more than enough for most people. If you prepare your steaks on a frying pan, you can collect all the fat left after cooking it and render it.

Picanha / coullette is excellent

Ribeye is solid also

70/30 ground beef has around 80% fat calories

Finally you could just eat lean + tallow
