Double the time.. double the results?

I started attending the gym again a year and a half ago and have consistently shown up typically three times a week. It’s become a passion of mine and I’ve been wanting to put more time in.

I have two friends who want to reach their fitness and health goals. I was excited to hear that they were ready to hop on the bandwagon. A determining factor was the price point. Long story short, I now attend TWO gyms.

Today was day one attending both gyms which explains why I had two rounds of exercise to report for the #31days workout challenge.

I’ve decided to match whichever area I’m working out first so I give my body time to recover.

Let’s see how this goes!! 💪

Maybe not new me… but a more levelled up version?! Constantly learning and challenging myself.

No idea how to make videos to be honest lol. Asides from just taking a standing real time video, I’m not sure how to add music and make transitions.

Yeah I'm learning more about short form content... simple to the point and alot easier to edit .. because that's what takes the most time usually..

If someone isn’t learning and trying to improve, what are they even doing? Lol

I don’t mind adding text to a picture as I’ll be able to look back and reflect on my mini online diary. However I don’t want to be spending extra time with editing and such. If it’s quick and simple, perhaps.
