Outside of #Bitcoin, & maybe some other communication protocol, consensus is almost completely meaningless.

Betting against the beliefs of the average person, & the people they look to as "experts," is often an extremely profitable endeavor.

Money, Food, Health, Energy, Climate, Government policy, etc

Doing exactly the opposite of what you’re told seems to be the winning strategy.

When money is debt, everything else becomes inverted as well.
