Being woken up @ 430am because of a text my daughter has no school today is totally uncalled for.

What’s even more insulting are the Canadian Emergency Broadcast System messages (that we can’t opt out of through our carrier or through Notifications or Silent Mode, often to inform us of a false Amber Alert situation that 9 times out of 10 ends up being a simple domestic dispute several hours’ driving time away. Or a broadcast to let everyone know that we need to cut power consumption or risk rolling blackouts because the government has been fragilizing our grid with bullshit renewables and EV’s. Those super strident tones just about give a guy a heart attack every time.

Our school at least waits till 5am to blow our phones up. We get a call, text, and email. At least they communicate?

Shit. Always airplane mode at night. Wireless is a weapon

The wireless doesn’t bother me.

But not even gonna lie something fucks with my sleep patterns @ 330am 95% of the time even when my Wi-Fi network was off line (tested my equipment for a month).

Gonna try to lead box the meters in my house

You using led?

Not in bedroom

If you can ditch them all. They emit blue light which messes with your circadian rhythm and destroys your mitochondria (the engine of the cell). We do our best. Limit screen time after sunset, use incandescent (they've just outlawed them, get them while you can), and candle light. Blessings brother

Remember the phones receive and transmit multiple signals; cell, wifi, gps, and Bluetooth. Then you have your router and smart meters.

I believe it’s the smart meters….

We sleep in a Faraday canopy

I have been using one of those grounding mats on my bed & let me tell you that shit caused some crazy sleeping (feelings of floating in a bubble) been meaning to try out a full faraday canopy just haven’t gotten around to it.
