Maybe back then humans were still seen as cows and chickens . 🫣 livestock?
Discussion
I dont know 🤷🏻♂️
True since no one was alive back then you can never know for sure, but if you take into account that the white persons mentality is branded by catholic kings and queens?
Well we definitely didnt eat processed grains and leaves lol.
The intuits still seem to enjoy a diet of high animal fat and protein. But of course everything in moderation is probably ideal.
I agree with unprocessed route but I dont see the ingestion of animals as something enjoyable or natural.
But there are different types of ppl on the planet.
Having to eat an animal grosses me out its like if youd eat another human being.
Im a little foot all the way.
But humans do need Vitamin B12 which you can only get from animal meat. Omega 3 has been shown to be essential for brain development found in most fish.
Theres b12 in vegetable too also omega3 oil lentil seed oil, hemp seed oil.
I dont think humans deserve to eat fish with the amount of trash thats been let in the ocean.
It’s a trace amount in comparison.
I have seen many testimonies from people eating plant based that they started losing hair and other issues as result of lack vitamin B12 even with supplementation.
Its a tradegy what’s happened to our beaches, seas and oceans. I always try go for fresh water meaty river fish like salmon or trout. Rivers higher up tend to be much cleaner.
I think its just like any addiction that people had to normalise.. like the addiction to alcohol is “normalised” which is a tragedy.
The addiction to fat is the same, its the psychological factor of enabling because humans tend to love their family members automatically instead of telling them “no”
Fat is a taste carrier, very few people actually taste their food but ingest it without being aware if they like it.
Tastebuds are funny if you give them the chance they actually might make your life more exciting.
Many species, ours included, require killing and eating of other animals.
There isn't anything more natural than that.

Theres nothing natural about eating excess soy thats for sure.
Soy is found in every non vegan chocolate bar.
I havent had soy milk ever since starbucks went almond milk years ago. And before that I had tea, no milk.
We’re gonna need a #nostr grocery store aren’t we 😆
Number 1 rule: seed oils are banned
Wow you’re full on hateful.
Funny I have a picture like your profile picture from 2017 on my insta account. While I had a cup of tea with almond milk in my hand. 🥱
Yeh I am hateful bc I care for peoples health on Nostr ?!?
Is it like a grocery store for dead people or something ?
They can use #bitcoin, we don’t use the cardiovascular system like others do 😂
Blue and red? Thats not a funny joke.
Huh?
How is the heart depicted in a medical book and what colours does it have on there?
😂 your funny
Ahhhuugg *you’re
thanks i think so too, ive been trying to work on my comedy skills throughout the last years otherwise lifes too tragic.
I dont agree if we’d need killing then there would be no deterioration and natural death.
All of the animal kingdom contains carnivorism and there are zero examples of inmortality in any form of energy consumption.
Im telling you breatherians will show you the way.
Breathatarian is an interesting concept.
If it works for you I am happy for you that you have reached spiritual enlightenment of such highs.
But most testimonies of people I have seen doing breathatarian usually last only few months without eating food before they start looking extremely weak and unhealthy. They usually end up being eating afterward and gaining lots of weight to regain body mass.
Sounds absolutely retarded, ngl.
You can do prolonged fasting without all the new age spiritualism.
Sorry this is ironic though because Berg is a scientologist 🤣😭
Looks like he left.
You also can’t trust these people eithier. Could be just be click bait and engagement farming 😂
Yeah hard to say.
Doh, that was his son.
Nm, that was his son. Well. That's a scene.
There are toaist monks and yogis who claim to have gone years without food. But they also tend to spend their whole day in meditation and outdoors. It’s definitely not an activity for those who do not like solitude.
I think it’s probably true that most people can probably go easily a few months without food in extreme cases.
There are many benefits from fasting for sure. But there’s always someone who takes not eating to extreme. Just there’s people who take veganism and carnivore to the extreme.
Everything in moderation is probably always best
Counter point - everything in moderation is lazy advice and fiat. There are some things you should get a ton of (protein, sun) and some you should never consume (dyes, corn syrup) for example
Moderation by definition means seeking the proper balance. Proper by definition is not lazy or fiat.
There's no way to confirm they actually fasted that long, without medical tests.
Tbh you guys gotta decided if you count yourself to the animal kingdom or not… if you really were you wouldnt use any form of money and none of you are mogli..
Also if those are your peers you gotta adapt more to what they want and live not the other way around.
Do you greet each other like lions do or giraffes? (Or whichever animal you resonate with)
Im not sure you’re cut out to be animals.
Hope your feelings arent hurt but youd have to show more effort.
You're welcome to eat all the leaves and sticks you'd like.
i like cows but honestly i dont have a taste for sticks..
I dont experience the world in the same way as you and I hope Ill never have to again.
One of the reasons I dont like bitcoin even though I never cared about if before at all is this forced thing about connecting it to meat and coffee.. like what is that supposed to help with?
