cutting out carbs is a must, in general, and especially these artificial sweeteners and chemically modified starches... but i have found that through whatever cause my fat digestion is not working well and needs a lot of fiber so i eat a lot of banana and oranges and apples and adding dessicated coconut to my morning smoothies
beef is very high in stearic acid which is also found in cacao, and is a major precursor for chemicals that signal satiety... this is a big part of how carnivore gets you straightened out, most especially beef, and to a lesser degree sheep and goat meat also has a good amount of this stuff, also very good for you
