Woke up to a nearly flat belly before breakfast!

So I’m getting closer to my goal of flat belly through clean #carnivore by Christmas 😎

Had to clear the fridge before traveling today, so ate two steaks 🥩🥩 hours before I would normally get hungry.

I lost some hours of body fat burning, but, hey, it was a steak. It wasn’t some fucking chocolate bar 🍫😁

I'm a bit of a scratched record, but be careful of unintended consequences of an extreme diet, at least long term. Feeling physically good and being healthy aren't the same. Rather than just listening to your body, get regular top notch blood tests, where they check as many minerals, vitamins as possible. Here in Spain getting testing is no big deal, especially if you are over 50. Should have been more on top of it, and spotted the cause of misfires years ago

cutting out carbs is a must, in general, and especially these artificial sweeteners and chemically modified starches... but i have found that through whatever cause my fat digestion is not working well and needs a lot of fiber so i eat a lot of banana and oranges and apples and adding dessicated coconut to my morning smoothies

beef is very high in stearic acid which is also found in cacao, and is a major precursor for chemicals that signal satiety... this is a big part of how carnivore gets you straightened out, most especially beef, and to a lesser degree sheep and goat meat also has a good amount of this stuff, also very good for you
