The marriage market is extremely lopsided. Women in the UMC can practically climb over the men lining the street on one knee, like they're human speedbumps.
Everytime a female friend or acquaintance becomes single, they're off the market within a few months, and the quality of the men is high.
Every other woman is like, can't find a man without a rap sheet, three baby mommas, no job, no income, and dentures.
I have no clue where to meet these women.

Also, just of yes UMC where I live is lefty loonies... I really need to move but I want to stay close to family and friends. I really am an odd duck, which is even weirder since I'm actually a Beaver. Lol

Okay, maybe I should say "conservative UMC".
There seem to be like 5 men for each of us. 🤷♀️ It's always felt crazy-lopsided, like that, and it just seems to get more skewed.
But maybe I'm just not that choosy, or something. 🤔 Dunno.
I thought getting older, fatter, and uglier would change the dynamic, but... uh.... nope.
I think some younger women are actually finding it more difficult to choose because they have so many good options. So they obsess over more and more obscure or irrelevant things.
Like the "ALDI effect", where the customer is happier having 3 brands of ketchup to choose from, rather than 30.
Analysis paralysis is a real thing. But, I'm not even in the running, so... That is a moot point for me. *sighs*
Stop that. You might be a little bit wider, but the rest of that? No. You won't tolerate me talking down to myself, so... Stop that.

Well, I can't defy gravity and sun damage forever, but my genes are putting up a good fight.
You have to remember that this is the 25-years-later edition. I'm like half-dead, already, and planning my retirement and talking about grandkids. 😂
But, like I said, simply not totally blimping out, tattooing every blank space, having kids with 5 different men, and running face-first into The Wall at high speed is enough to stay at the top of the list in midlife.
The competition is incredibly weak and eligible women have all gone into hiding. It's a Girl Desert out there.
No. There just aren't enough conservative women, especially in the US.
I'm a right-libertarian and that's just bizarrely lopsided. Judging from conventions and stuff, from the States, like 20m:1f or something.
Like Nostr or Bitcoin. 😂 They're probably even more off. 100m:1f. And almost all of the women are taken.
Same at comic or software conventions.
I help run a convention. I'm aware. I have friends there, but, gosh, sometimes I just want to cut out that whole part of my life.
