I tried the one minute sprint on the concept 2 rower. I made a distance of 340m. I have some work to do. It was right after doing deadlifts and squats though.

Ya I was fading the last 25 seconds of the 1 minute sprint 😂. I will give the 500m a try at some point.

I'm probablly slow now but used to be a decent sprint rower.
