I finally watched the movie Oppenheimer yesterday and man do I relate to him. My grandfather was a mathematician who focused on statistics and physics as a professor in California. my great grandmother was friends with Einstein and endorsed her husband's book.

True it doesn't steal all the future days of a few people, it steals the majority time from almost everyone, but in the end both steal time.

Those individuals gave much of their lives to prevent a weapon being used against the people of the world by a few power drunken zealots. In much the same way we are giving our energy and time and intelligence to destroy the economic weapon of oppression in our day.
