I was being mistreated and disrespected in my job, the whole place was a clown show really.
I just walked out of there.
I said "I quit" and left.
Need to find another job now.
I won't stay where I'm not appreciated or respected, regardless of the consequences.

You can just have boundaries.
Things change when you start valuing time appropriately. You either get compensated fairly, join their game of responsibility musical chairs, shoveling as much responsibility as you can on to others and stealing their own time, which is a depressing way to go through life. Or, just don’t play their game.
