I’ve worked for a couple hours over yesterday and Saturday and have most of the list, but some of the sources have been removed from pubmed, but luckily I already saved some it seems and I’m finding the others on clinicaltrials.gov
Sci Hub or Anna's archive is your friend for inaccessible "doi"s.

Yeah, that's a massive one! It goes around the paywalls for medical papers.
Also if you want to get any (ANY!) book for e-readers, then Anna's is the place.
