I used to meditate every morning and evening. At least 30 minutes. Very consistently. Now I just enjoy the early hours of the morning in silence. Journaling. I go for a walk at sunrise. In the evening, I make myself some tea, curl up with a book and write down my thoughts.

With age... I move from normal meditation to just simply do some activities that give some kind of mind relax, walk, silence, drink some tea, read, write, it's a meditation after all.

So true! It's hard to put into words. But all of this gives me a deep inner peace. And gives me so much energy and strength
