Lightning will scale because people will use custodians and they are gonna like it

You aren't scaling Bitcoin usage with custodians. You're scaling IOUs.

What you're saying is also true. It still doesn't change the fact that custodians don't scale Bitcoin. It scales IOUs.

Funny, that this is exactly what bcashers said back in the day of the great schism and were ousted for it.
