The latest beta of Fountain uses Amber, meaning you do not have to enter your nsec into Fountain to take advantage of the social features. This is the way.

Don't use Fountain but this is the way. I've long refused to have my nsec anywhere else but in Amber.
What’s wrong with fountain?
It's closed source, buggy, constantly crashing and relies on a custodial bank to do v4v.
AntennaPod is superior in every way. It does not have v4v, it's just a minimal podcast app, but you can always zap/donate to podcasters directly without Fountian taking a middleman fee.
I like fountain and it seems to continue to improve
I was going to setup a dummy nsec to test, but cool. Can check it properly now :-)
Finally, something other than Amethyst uses Amber. Although, I haven't tested it yet, so who knows.
