Can you make NWC compatible with CLN node?

With family and friends subaccounts, what happens if they lose access to their account? Let’s say the connection on alby go is deleted or something like that. Since the NWC connection link was only displayed one-time, would I have to create a new account for them and just push the number of sats they have on their inaccessible account to their new one?
