Thanks nostr:npub1j9m7uyf9225fapvx3p37q4mqzd7yegvqx8jf4rwh3xxlvsa4n22slf69fz I'll give those a try. Using a Pixel with #GrapheneOS.

[ExifEraser](https://github.com/Tommy-Geenexus/exif-eraser) or you can use the Aves gallery app are erase there.

Thank you for the suggestion I'll try out both. Was able to found out that the camera installed on #GrapheneOS removes EXIF data as a feature. These other FOSS apps I'll use when needed for importing photos.

I use "Simple Gallery" as my gallery app. It has EXIF removal built in. So no need for an additional app here.

Thanks for the suggestion! Also discovered some apps can remove meta data from jpegs but are unable to remove EXIF meta data from video files.

The Pixel phone I'm using with #GrapheneOS camera feature has EXIF data removed when saved.

Graphene is nice. But I miss root. I think about going back to LOS.

Perhaps for my second phone I'll give LOS a try. I've read Pixel phones sales are way up. Wondering have much of those claims are based on people installing FOSS security and privacy centric OS?

Aaves libre galery allow for exif, xmp, adobe jpeg, comment, ducky, icc profile, iptc, jfif, photoshop removal...

I dont know what most of those are but it can remove exif atleast
