We bought our property primarily for its water access. Same for most of the people around us. We are on top of the Trinity aquifer. Never ending supply of clean water.

It's a decent area about an hour north of DFW on I35.

That's not a bad spot, especially if you want to be away from DFW. Wichita Falls has enough in it.
