Good things you got there.
My muskles, or lack thereof, don’t think it’s good at all.
Bad things >:c
That's a bit of my problem, even with the super simple routine I'm following right now. However, I figure that something basic is better than nothing, and I'd rather build up the habit of training daily than to go all-out twice in the first week...and never do it ever again, you know?
However, as I mentioned in my other note, there's still much room for improvement.
Basic > nothing, 💯
I tried military calisthenics and failed within 5 min. Too much, and I knew I couldn’t carry that on long term without quitting. I scaled it back and found something challenging but tolerable. I too, have much room for improvement.
All the things
Great routine. I've been doing a quick calisthenics routine every morning to kickstart the day, but I need to step it up like you. Thanks for the inspiration!
Good for you! You’re welcome for the unintended inspiration. What are you going to add/change?
For starters, I think some more core drills are required!
Do you have any favourites that you'd recommend to someone relatively...pudgy?
As someone who has a bit of a midline crisis, I’ve learned that can’t out exercise a bad diet. Your food choices and intake are critical. That said, finding core exercises that you like and are finding effective for your body can be a challenge, but when you do, do them twice! I’m finding calisthenics, even beginner workouts, include abs in every session.
