Nostrverse. Definitely Nostrverse to refer to the all-encompassing protocol.
For example, you can add wss://nostr.mutinywallet.com to your relay list, and it will blast your notes out to all known relays, extending your reach to the entire Nostrverse.

It's a write only relay. It doesn't store any data, but it blast out everything that it receives. It doesn't filter for any words. Neither does my free public free speech relay wss://nostr.libertasprimordium.com
If you're afraid of mean words you should probably go back to Twitter.

Just Nostr. A nickname is not going to catch on at this point. I've only ever seen it referred to as Nostr. It's got the first mover advantage. I always explain that Nostr stands for Notes and other stuff transmitted through relays. How the hell am I going to explain that if I refer to it as Nostrovia? I'm not, so I won't. I'm evangelizing the hell out of this platform, and this is how I do it.
