He’s doing for personal reasons obviously, but he’s probably also doing it to preserve the dollar a little longer.
This wave of liquidity injection will be massive and they need more pressure release valves or else bitcoin will absorb it all and the dollar is gone. It’ll help them with their strategic Bitcoin reserve too if plebs get suckered into shitcoins and sell their stack.
