It is outrageous and ridiculous how difficult and expensive the US government makes it to legally own suppressors. Absolutely asinine the bureaucratic layers added on to someone who just wants to responsibly train self defense while protecting their hearing nostr:note1jfr6ap3uvtt7e0kkukng9r3k4gn7nzlccecm9qzz0d5phh64l6csnp2x70

They most definitely do!
I'm bothered that the gun control discussion distracts from the real issue.
The second amendment is meant for the citizenry to be able to bear arms in the event of a tyrannical government. Here we are bickering about magazine size and other inconsequential aspects of guns (I agree on the suppressor topic of course), but meanwhile our government has tanks, space lasers, acoustic weapons, guided missiles, submarines, etc.
Why aren't we fighting for those technologies to be accessible to our citizenry so tyranny can be fought on an equal playing field?
I want a space laser dammit!
In my opinion they are all arms and protected under the 2nd amendment.
We should be able to have the exact same weapons as every government.
It's also more courteous to people nearby.
Can you imagine how loud cars would be if a special license and fee were required for you to be able to sneak around with your car like a criminal evading after a crime?
All because Hollywierd is a bunch of derelict retards. anybody can order the parts to make one online for as little as $30 and 250 bucks if you want some really fancy milled titanium piece of work.
take it further in 3D print the platform you put it on
The government's a bunch of f***ng idiots. unbelievably comical.
Agreed
WHAT!?! Sorry, I don't hear so good any more!
People always talk about hearing safety, which is a big deal but earplugs work.
The real safety boost comes from the added range safety. Speed and quality of on range communication is miles better when everyone has a suppressor so no one needs ear pro. This is especially helpful when teaching beginners to stop them as quickly and clearly as possible when they make a safety mistake.
Very much agree
