I think if your nipples are "tense and unyielding" then maybe it is you who should go to the doctor? What are you trying to get your nipples to yield to anyway?

Because I sleep in an uninsulated spare room with a window that doesn't shut all the way, don't judge me I'm doing a thing here and the discomfort is part of it.
Soon it'll pay off, any day now it'll all make sense (so long as I keep repeating that I might believe it!)
