let’s be real, it’s not easy to find a solid place to sun your geni’s. and you can guess this wasn’t the most comfortable position- but for me it worked for what i needed most.
i was raised with the cleanest, most fresh water in probably all of new york, so now in this third world country with water you can’t even wash your veggies in, i have been struggling to feel well internally.
like seriously, i barely got to recognize the bombs we dropped across the world because i was so busy in the bathroom dropping my own. 😵💫🤮
then i remembered, there’s a free medicine, available with such abundance here, we easily forget its effectiveness.
SUNLIGHT.
since my gut is the most fucked from the water, i have started focusing my morning sun sesh to my bare booty everyday, along with my lower abdomen.
literally the day i did that (in the morning of course) the issues immediately began reversing towards health.
i feel more myself.
the intrusive thoughts that come with poor digestion left my mind and i could finally enjoy the beauty of this small town.
what a blessing- the most potent medicine is everywhere, and free.
