Do you get high and do Cardio? Why, or why not? What's your experience?

What do you do when you get high?

I don't. Last time I tried was 5 ish years ago and it didn't work, it did nothing. Now I'm simply less interested in the feeling of high, but I am very interested in what I might learn from ayahuasca or dmt - but at the same time, I think it has to be treated with reverence and be infrequent. In a few years, I might feel like I've learned enough to benefit from it.

When I was a pothead I'd occasionally work out when blazed...I feel like it allows you really feel the exercises better

I hear ya. I like it for cardio primarily. I don't like heavy squats or oly lifts while high lol

Yes I always get stoned before I do any workout. Why because I am focused & push myself beyond my limit when I do. Also THC activates endocanibinoids molecules in our body which their function is to manage efficency of other functions. This does improve muscle building especially if you smoke before you go to sleep. Bulking involves minor muscle tear which heals while you sleep so to make that more efficent builds back the tissue better.

So it's important to get proper sleep & rest after workout because that is a major role in bodybuilding.

Yea. I find working out to be more relaxing when stoned.

Nope. To be clear, I did just start up again recently😅. LOL weed products are STRONG these days😶‍🌫️
