do you believe in astrology?
Discussion
To be honest: nope
may i ask why not?
Hard to say. I just don't think there is a connection between the objects in the sky and the lives or fate of people. But teach me wrong
No
do you believe in a pervy masochistic old man living in the clouds?
i’m zoroastrian so yes. i believe in ahura mazda. the supreme god.
zoroastrianism was the first monotheistic religion.
Yes
If you read the discription of an aquarius and don't think of me, I'll change my answer🤷🏽🤍🖤
Unfortunately we’re made of stardust so I’m inclined to think they have their effect on us.
Hard not to
I'd say I somewhat more than half believe.... the more I study the more fascinating it gets! Do you use any software for casting charts, etc?
I respect it but I am more into Astronomy (Science) we are too unique to ve determined by astrology and there is no science behind it, even if I consider myself a spiritual person. Only the moon and sun (in certain ways) exert a level of influence through circadian rhythms etc
Like many people, I had to believe in it when I started noticing the patterns myself.
Best book I can recommend for no-nonsense non-ideological modern astrology is Heaven Knows What by Grant Lewi, also Astrology for the Millions by Grant Lewi
Whether I rely on astrology in making serious life decisions? No… except for a Mercury Retrograde periods 😉 And I noticed that knowing a zodiac sign can tell you quite a bit about a person’s character and compatibility in different life scenarios. Of course it’s never 100% of accuracy, more like 60-70%, bc you need to consider not only person’s sun sign but also rising sign, and many other factors. But still :) Do you believe?
Huh. How do you arrive at the 60-70% number?
I don't know enough about it to be judging it on it's authenticity.
I do tend to believe that ancient civilisations, who also made use of astro, were onto something. Many ancient architectures and monolithic structures show signs of mapping movements of stars and planets through symbols. There's also archeological evidence of monuments being moved across the ground to continuously be in alignment with an angle toward a specific star (can't recall the name).
And I mean -

But this all shouldn't have to be needed to be open to the idea that astrology is a very helpful tool that can benefit you to guide you through life.
Plus we're all part of this universe. We're all made up of elements found everywhere around us. We are mostly blood and water. Now think of the magnetic pull the moon has on the ocean..
