Previously, foreign agents had to tag themselves, but now third parties have to do it as well. There are no technical possibilities to understand whose notes your public relay is transmitting, so if it is transmitting the notes of a foreign agent and he did not mention that he is such, then you have violated the law. Is it worth saying that foreign agents can work for the Russian authorities and spam you on purpose? 😏

Просто от каждого русского нужно требовать признания, что он иноагент, тогда не промахнешься.
Даже не сомневаюсь, что релеи и в Европе душить начнут когда и если эта история выйдет за рамки мемов с ₿ и шлюходрома. Законами они уже со следующего года всё подготовили. Есть площадки одобренные ЕС и "независимыми" экспертами, вот там и выражайте своё свободное мнение, а где попало всякое пиздеть нельзя 😂
