Previously, foreign agents had to tag themselves, but now third parties have to do it as well. There are no technical possibilities to understand whose notes your public relay is transmitting, so if it is transmitting the notes of a foreign agent and he did not mention that he is such, then you have violated the law. Is it worth saying that foreign agents can work for the Russian authorities and spam you on purpose? 😏
