Day 2 of quitting nicotine, still.

Feels like day 8 tbh 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Apparently it gets worse too.

I remember quitting a long time ago, lasted for about 3 months. Can't really remember how it went, but so remember the feelings of disconnection from reality being similar lol.

Day 3 is said to be the worst ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

yeah if you can push through the first week it gets better

You are doing amazingly well and you should be commended highly for not having goggly eyes, it must be a British thing. Fuck them 'tards over there🖕🏻.

You'll make it

You got this, buddy. It is worth it when it's all over.

Dont drink coffee or alcohol.

Do whatever it takes to distract yourself, cravings usually dissipate after 10 minutes.

Good luck 🫂

Yeah the coffee without nicotine gets you super wired again.

Go eat so hot peppers nicotine, pain and endorphins to distract you

Stick with it, you got this 💪

First 3 days are the hardest. Gets easier after a week.

You got this!

If it's something you yourself really want to achieve, not what other people think you should be doing, you can definitely do it.

When I first tried to stop for others (family, exes, doctors) or not really wanting to stop for myself (for example socially when drinking with friends etc) it never worked....ever...no matter how much I tried.

Finally I got so fed up that I just thought fuck this! It's like someone telling you you can't do something, so you do the exact thing they said you couldn't do. Not to prove them wrong but just because deep down you know you can do it.

As soon as you realise you have the power within, it is eye opening and, like discovering bitcoin, your whole reality shifts.

Stopping smoking was the best decision, and the hardest work I've ever done. It will be 9 years this December for me and I used to smoke 20-30 a day

It's hard work, but the best things in life don't come easy.

Did this 2 months ago. Friendly advice: let the pacing benefit you. That nervous energy can be put to good use as far as insignificant household tasks are concerned. I got a lot done when I was in the first 2 weeks

Keep going, it’s the same reality but feels different for sure!

Lots of friends quitting today. Good for you! You can do it

LFG brother!

Bring it to Jesus my brother! Hold fast onto Him!

I understand brother. I can recommend sunlight and exercise. Focus on things that are simple. If life is busy and too intense just lower the nicotine usage. Oral only. fast the nicotine in the morning.
