I listened to the recent Titcoin podcast about that initiative with great interest, and it was with that in mind that I made the comment. Was a bit worried that the privacy maxis would come after me for suggesting anything surveillance related, but so far so good! Thanks for the Vora link, I searched for it earlier but clearly wasn't paying attention!
