I am so picky about the freshness of donuts I almost never eat them.
I can only reliably get Krispy Kreme plain glazed fresh off the belt, so that is what Iβm most familiar with enjoying, but apple fritters are soooooo good anyway that I long to have a fresh one.
Thereβs a cidery near my hometown that makes cider donuts in season; unfortunately never got the chance to try them while living there. We donβt usually visit that time of year, but next time we do I really want to swing by and try some. They make awesome cider, too.
I do also count ζ²Ήζ‘ as a donut and I looooove and miss them π with hot soy milk π€€
