i think for about 3 years now they have been on par for power/performance and heat

amd's chips are now cheaper to manufacture and are more parallelized than intel's communist committeit designed hyperspecialised super predictive shite and AMD puts a lot more cache on the chips in comparison, like 2-3x more in most cases

their iGPUs are faster for sure but idk about power consumption
