Easily a 3-4 hours. A good designer might knock it out quicker if you gave great instructions. Most will provide a consultation where they show a couple variations after spending an hr or two drawing them all up, get feedback, and refine the final design before delivery. Maybe take a couple days to get through the process of communicatingโฆ

Did you have to communicate with a client and receive feedback? Make multiple variations? Usually designers give me 4 variations of my request and then ask for my feedback and deliver that.

It depends if you consider this a good logo. I think logo designers would say it doesnโt meet the criteria of a good logo in simplicity or distinctiveness
Well. I didnโt say that this is the good but was trying to calculate how long it will take for a designer to create at list this one
The logo design process is very iterative. Perhaps itโs not a good comparison to this task which is more illustration than logo design. Iโve heard professional logo designers take a day or two to make a logo which involves many iterations in the process.
As for illustration, Iโm not sure but seen artist draw something like this fairly quickly - without color or vector
