Does anyone have suggestions for a payment processing system for a website?

We have been using Shopify for 5 years now and they recently changed their user agreement and they are making me upload Shareholder and Corporate documents
Fuck that shit I'm out.

Well Shopify is much more than a payment processor. A good Shopify alternative is woocommerce or webflow. Both sync with stripe.
I second Zaprite. It’s the shit. (But I offer services not goods, I know it’s not the same but I love it)

What kind of payments? Bitcoin via lightning and on-chain? Fiat via debit/credit card?
My guess is, shopify is having to comply with beneficial ownership regulations. These require them to check all owners of a business against the OFAC list to determine whether they can do business with you. Any fiat payment processor is going to have to comply with this.
