income tax, yes of course. But also payroll taxes... it's an insane amount that a significant burden to monthly cash flow.
Get rid of both of those and not only would businesses be more profitable, but they would also pay their employees better.

Income tax, payroll tax, property tax, VAT, Duties, endless regulations and on and on. It's a monument to human ingenuity that our civilization keeps moving forward at all.
