Seems like at the very least, it would be beneficial for clients to add a feature where you can request to only see + get notifications for replies to your posts if you follow that person making the reply.

This would make it so that people don’t have to see harassing/spammy/garbage replies to their posts from random people, and avoid experiences like #[0] had yesterday

Definitely considering an *option* to limit to people you've interacted with and degrees of separation. Friends-only mode

Degrees of separation would be 🤌🏻. And if you do still come across something awful, being able to see which of your follows are following that person

we gotta expand on that, I for one don't want to associate with such people. We should publicly shame people who would permit or even enjoy those terrible posts. Maybe we could post their hashes under a hashtag? Something like #nostrblock

This is a great idea. Human nature makes almost impossible (for some people) to deny requests from acquaintances. Looking forward to see how you manage to achieve it! Thanks for your hard work 💪
