This is grift and fraud. The only people who should be happy about it are either folks who are getting in on the ponzi scheme and hoping they’ll get out before it collapses or people who are accelerationists who want to bring about the collapse of the current system as fast as possible. Who cares about the people hurt in the process.

There was a time when securities didn’t need to be registered or regulated at all. It causes a bubble and global economic collapse. I don’t like the government or regulatory system but what I see now is people trying to enrich themselves at the expense of people they’re duping.
