Replying to Avatar unit

I just made a big leap in terms of range of motion in my left arm

It didn't seem like it was going to move past 4 inches, but it just unlocked and I can almost push my arm straight out (wing span)

Gradually then suddenly

These improvements makes me want to work harder

Curious about your injury?

My off shoulder has been a source of pain and cracking for a few years.

Same shoulder I get the flu vaccine in (I work in hospitals).

I broke my collarbone, and needed surgery

I am in rehab trying to get my range of motion and then strength back in my shoulder
