and how does it feel? can't live without my daily 2 cups in the morning

i feel a lot better to be honest, a small nap, some sunlight, water consumption and some fitness is gonna be way better for you than coffee ever would be 🤔

exercise is truly a big deal, I've been back running after years, started again in january. lost 20kg since then, it feels great

running fomo is big right now

something wrong with my knee, and i still don’t know why, haven’t been able to run for 3-4 months now

man knees are way sensible... it's nice to take care asap... hope you get better soon

thank you brother, got an x-ray like a month ago, no real updates from that + also visited a physio

gave me a recovery regiment and some diclofenac to take, told me to come back in 2 months and if nothing’s better, i’ll be getting an MRI scan
