Growing up I didn’t have any homework during school breaks. Zero tutoring.
Now I see kids with a ton of homework; taking lessons and crap.
What happened? Let the kids play!!!
I agree, but I’ve read some kids can really fall behind doing nothing all summer apparently

If there is no internal motivation to learn, it's all forgotten after the test. That's why public schools are so inefficient; they have to repeat same things every year, and then add some.
