That would be a nice feature for a client to implement...
Adding a relay from your feed via a follows recommendation could be much easier. Which client will implement this? (Though, I believe astral.ninja had this almost two years ago? RIP.)
On amethyst i can go to your profile and see ypur relay list and it has an add button. So it adds it to my relay list
