On amethyst i can go to your profile and see ypur relay list and it has an add button. So it adds it to my relay list

I wouldn't even know which category of relay options (on amethyst) to add one to lol.
You could add more than one if they had widely different WoT. But you'll get the best experience if you are included in the WoT. You can add them to Outbox and Inbox in Amethyst if you're in the WoT.
