try the Dissident Sound routine
i do full body circuit training
no splits and also no hogging equipment
i move from one piece of equipment to the next without any rest and if somebody is using the equipment i just do something else
the key is to maintain the pump continuously in the entire body by not stopping
i make exception to this when doing legs because you can't do legs without breaks between sets but for all of the smaller stuff like curls etc there is really no need to rest - just switch to something else
with my system you only need to go to gym twice a week for same results as training every day on sucker routine like what you do
