my system is also infinitely scalable - when you feel like being a fat slob you can back off to once a week and when you feel like getting into peak shape you can step it up to every other day

full body every other day with no rest between sets would be training almost equivalent to what pro bodybuilders / crossfit athletes do

and yes, i trained in the same gyms with dozens of IFBB pros including Kai Greene etc. and they don't train like you beginners do. they don't rest - they superset. i didn't invent this system i just adopted and modified what top IFBB pros do while combining it with elements of Crossfit etc.

i think the reason she wanted me is because steroids make girls horny.

i mean she never even seen me Olympic Lift or swim Butterfly ( i couldn't do that in the gym we trained at, i did it in other facilities ) and she never seen me lift heavy because i was rehabbing my dislocated shoulder at the time ...

she was also in the process of breaking up with her IFBB pro BF at the time but i didn't know it ...

or maybe my game ( acting like i'm better than everybody ) was on point - for some reason in that period of my life i was extra full of myself.

I trained like that in 2021 - full body continuous workouts every other day. By the beginning of summer a female manager at work was like "wow, you are jacked". And I should have been - I was basically training like a pro athlete for months at that point.

Unfortunately, I fell off that routine when I moved later in the summer and I never got back to the same level of intensity. The best I've done since then is 1-2x/week. But I also did incorporate other activities which I've already discussed in that time, so it's not like I've been inactive.

But yes, my preference is full body workouts and as little rest between sets as possible. The only caveat is that it can literally be hazardous to your health if you're inexperienced. I think I first tried it because you discussed it on Black Pill Fitness back in 2018 and at that time I was not ready for it - I had to dial back the intensity after my heart started racing too fast.

everyone's body is different, so it's impossible for me to generalize what others can handle. i have seen young guys clutch their chest in the gym and we have all seen videos of guys passing out after deadlifting.

but for me the key is to stay hydrated and to stay cool ( not overheat ).

some people advocate working out without AC, or using Sauna or Jacuzzi or some other source of heat ... but that is very dangerous. heat stroke can easily lead to death.

so can dehydration ( ask any UFC fighter - virtually all deaths in UFC are not from injuries in the cage, but from dehydration during cutting )

what i realized is that what most people believe is exhaustion is actually usually some combination of dehydration and overheating. if you manage those factors you can sustain higher intensity workouts for longer.

to avoid overheating train in a gym with good AC and use cool clothes. that means shorts and either microfiber shirt or a sleeveless tank.

as i explained earlier the reason many big guys wear hoodies isn't primarily to stay warm ( though some of them do like the heat ) but to avoid eye contact so that they won't get distracted by conversations and lose the pace and therefore the pump.
