Someone should really be reporting on the astronomical rise in auto insurance rates in the USA.
We are getting fleeced with no recourse; we are required to carry it by law.
Why is no one talking about this?

I just changed providers for this reason. I plan to do so like every 6 months going forward. It's the only way to survive the gouging.
There is some talk but it's not generally from any media outlet.
Adding my daughter (and her car) to my insurance increased the rate by $500/mo
if it were a son it would be even more. they charge men way more. my nephew pays the most out of all of us. (he's 19)
Drivers getting worse, environmental factors getting worse, cars getting more expensively produced
The last part is what you're really looking for - driving up prices on things like cars is where they're trying to make you poorer
oh, the car prices. that's another crazy thing.
The bad driver thing makes no sense. New cars have lane assist and backing cameras and all kinds of shit to keep drivers from…being bad drivers
None of those things matter with overpowered engines, 4 figure kg weight, no speed limiters, barely any enforcement of drunk driving bans, barely any enforcement of speed limits, etc
Drivers were getting worse even before the deep state started this airborne pandemic that causes brain damage
Dude. I get passed on the freeway by people going 90+ mph every time. I just think people are all high anymore.
Adds to all the corporate tracking too because now they want you to put a little device in your car tracking how you drive
Yeah, I'm noticing it to the point where, my roommate and I are spitting the bill to make it more affordable for us.
Mine goes up a lot every 6 months. Makes no sense.
None. I was like, Miss Ma’am, are you high? I have a clean driving record, no criminal record, and a college degree, what is this nonsense?
people are talking, the insurance people, lawyers & even the state people in my area/Oregon,Idaho. Wash. St. & f'n Cali.
