Just want to say:
I am part of the 11% and I have not been harassed. Like at all. Zero. #nostr has been hands down THE most respectful online community I've ever been part of in 27+ years of internetting with strangers.
I know it exists but it has not been my experience.

there's some ppl who just are overly sensitive and take everything they read too serious
i was this overly sensitive person too when i first entered Twitter in '21
it's a big switch coming from only Instagram, and especially from anon circles which is mostly male
also have had zero problems here, it was actually 10x nicer and warmer than the circle i was in on twitter
initiatially i was like damn wtf y'all act too nice (sus) - rly had to adjust to that 😂
Yeah, that is true. It takes a lot to offend me but even there, I haven't really been approached with anything lewd.
As you said, everybody is super nice & I think that speaks volumes to the type of person seeking refuge from other spaces.
