Your immune system is able to clear it so it goes away.

You heal. Just like when link drinks milk

The distracting power of Nostr!

It's called Immune System

You may find that your skin is drier than it once was when you were younger

Moisturizing your skin lowers the impact of a mosquito bite and causes them to bite less frequently

wow this is great to know

Your skin is like a bunch of bricks and fat is the mortar

When dry, it gets reactive

Also disease can enter

Lotion with ceramides is the answer

Foreign proteins from the bite cause local mast cells to release histimine that causes the inflammation. That keeps things local to the spot while phagocytes pac-man up the mess. Leaving it alone get you to relief fastest. Very Cliffs Notes version😂

For bug bites, calendula oil is a great. Or Lavender, calendula and tea tree salve. My wife gets lit up and she uses her salve often during summer. Easy to make and cheap.
