This wasn't an accident so I wonder what the implication/intent is?

Didn't Saylor discuss it in the Q3 call?

No Idea I don't listen to those things so I'm curious why he would want to lose control and whatever the NASDAQ exemptions are. My tinfoil hat self says MSTR _is_ the bitcoin strategic reserve and we're just waiting for the US to nationalize it.

Don't quote me, because it's been a few weeks, but he was expecting to drop below 50% and potentially to 40% depending on how many new shares they would issue to purchase Bitcoin.

He isn't worried about the direction of the company, because there are too many Bitcoiners voting that it wouldn't matter if he doesn't have the majority of the votes.

How’s Larry Fink these days?

Buying the best asset in the world. He must be doing well

Better with control of $MSTR

If I remember correctly, Fidelity and Black Rock have less than 15% of the voting shares, but I could be wrong on that.

Yeh, I’m not saying it’s imminent.

Wait till after the bull run!

In the UK, no individual (or group) is allowed to control more than 30% of a public company, so this surprises me anyway.

Yes, I'm watching from the sidelines, but I have two BTC IRL frens local to me that are in $MSTR

MSTR is going to orange pill my SIMPLE IRA manager.

IRA has very different and very negative connotations in the UK, but good luck 🫂

its fud…nothing more
