To be clear, I’m not arguing against homeschooling/unschooling. Like most things today, it’s difficult to have anuanced conversation about large institutions. There is no denying that there are many problems with the current structure of our education systems, but that doesn’t mean they are “factories” producing “mindless” adults who conform, lack the ability to think for themselves and have the curiosity drilled out of them.
